Sellers and agents agree to pay RM 1,000 only if a buyer confirms purchasing the property through the platform.
Sellers/agents can remove listings without charge if the buyer confirms using another platform.
5. Liability Limitations
Well Property is not responsible for any inaccuracies in property listings or any disputes between buyers and sellers.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
